Canada
It is proposed that the current discount available on the taxation of stock options is capped at CAD 200,000 of annual stock option grants. It is government's intention that start ups and rapidly growing Canadian businesses would not be affected by this change. Further details on the proposed changes will be released in Summer 2019.
