The information we collect about you in connection with the Platform includes your name, email address and user login information. Such information is collected to enable the access, use and operation of the Platform for and in relation to the user concerned. Do we collect sensitive information about you?
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information about you on the Platform. Sensitive personal information includes information about your race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, criminal records, physical or mental health, sexual life, biometric data, or genetic data.
However, if we do collect sensitive personal information about you on the Platform, you agree that you are providing the information to us voluntarily and we accept your consent for us to collect, store and use your sensitive personal information in the same ways as other personal information described in this statement.

Your personal information may be transferred outside the country where you’re located. This includes countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and countries that do not have laws that provide specific protection for personal information. - to a recipient who is ‘EU-US Privacy Shield’ certified, or
