Court of Appeal allow HMRC’s appeal regarding ‘mutuality of obligation’ in key employment status case

The Court of Appeal agreed that the First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tier Tribunal made an error of law in concluding there was no 'mutuality of obligation' between the parties and has sent the case back to the FTT.
