27 July 2022 - Kenya decides against hike in DST rate
At the final stages of discussion on the Kenya Finance Act 2022, it was concluded that the proposed rise in the rate of DST from 1.5% to 3% should not be included.
The Act, now published in the Gazette Supplement, did include some of VAT changes proposed in relation to digital services.
