The UK's digital services tax (DST) legislation is still to be finalised and is due to be debated in a public bill committee of the House of Commons. That committee is scheduled to report by Thursday 25 June 2020. Provisional sittings before then have been agreed for 4, 9, 11 16,18 and 23 June. It will then pass to the House of Lords, before a 'third reading' at which point it will be substantively enacted, with Royal Assent being expected in the middle of July.
