The Government has today (6 July), published the draft Finance Bill clauses for inclusion, with consultation in the "Finance (No 3) Bill", unofficially known as Finance Bill 2018 - 2019.
The Bill will be published after the Autumn Budget and will become Finance Act 2019.
The draft clauses will be open for consultation until Friday 31 August.
