The European Commission adopted a new Tax Package on 15 July and, at the European Council meeting 17-21 July, leaders agreed elements of the wider agenda that included other key tax measures. In this Alert we summarise the three separate but related initiatives of the Tax Package and note the Council’s conclusions on recent discussions.
