As we move towards year end (and ultimately the April deadline for gender pay gap reporting), more and more companies are beginning to develop their detailed plans for disclosure (including, for many, enhanced disclosures and internal and external communication plans).
We are aware that a key part of preparation for many is understanding developments within the market. To help this thinking, in the attached (which is the third in a series of monthly gender pay reporting updates we will be producing) we provide a high level overview of how many organisations have disclosed, along with a summary of best practice disclosures to date, to help organisations who have yet to disclose understand who has, and what they are saying.
