HMRC launch campaign to audit the expense systems of large corporates

Within the last few days we have seen HMRC issue letters to several Large Businesses, following their standard Business Risk Review processes, initiating wide ranging and in-depth audits of expenses and benefits compliance covering PAYE, National Insurance and VAT.
