Before the end of the year we are expecting some significant developments to be announced on the Tax Administration and Maintenance day as well as an update from the OECD. In particular we expect these announcements will cover a number of key topics including:
- Further detailed comments on the R&D changes announced in the Budget and other aspects in the R&D consultation.- HMRC's summary and consideration of comments received as part of its consultation on TP documentation.
- OECD’s planned announcements of the more detailed rules on Pillar 2.
