During PwC’s recent Global Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution (TCDR) Conference, David Swenson, Global Leader of PwC’s Global TCDR Network, interviewed John Hughes, Director of the IRS Advance Pricing and Mutual Agreement (APMA) program, which carries out MAP and APA negotiating responsibilities on behalf of the office of the US Competent Authority (USCA).
