On 11 June the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy published updates to the Directors’ Remuneration Reporting Regulations. These include the well-trailed requirement to disclose the CEO: employee pay ratio as well as more transparency over the impact of share price on long-term incentive pay outs and the exercise of discretion by the Remuneration Committee.
