Who does Country by Country Reporting impact?
Based on the the OECD's recommendation in their Action 13 final report, Country by Country (“CbC”) Reports need to be filed by qualifying multinational enterprises (“MNE”) around the world.
The UK is no exception and has been at the forefront of these changes.
