In a repeat of last year’s experience, the final deadline for the second year of mandatory gender pay gap reporting passed with a late flurry of activity.
Attached is our final summary report of 2018/2019 gender pay disclosures. This sets out the high level analysis of the 10,000 plus disclosures. We are undertaking further in depth analysis which we will publish in May.
