The 5 April reporting deadline for the second year of mandatory gender pay gap reporting is less only a few days away. Even so, the vast majority of organisations are yet to disclose their year two figures.

Attached is our final monthly gender pay reporting update for the second year of reporting, which sets out a high level overview of how many organisations have disclosed.  With the deadline for reporting fast approaching, more companies continue to disclose their year two numbers and overviews of action plans to reduce the gender pay gap.
